1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VelekaVibe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Provider
VelekaVibe is operated by Tim Marinov, based in Bulgaria. For questions regarding these terms, contact us at info@velekavibe.com.
3. Use of Service
VelekaVibe provides a platform for property owners to list vacation rentals and for guests to book accommodation in the Sinemorets area. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. VelekaVibe acts solely as an intermediary connecting hosts and guests.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and host confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. VelekaVibe does not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in the currency specified by the host and include all applicable fees at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel a reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. Hosts may set additional cancellation terms for their properties. In accordance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking, unless the service has already been fully performed.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information in their profiles and listings. Hosts must ensure their property descriptions and photos accurately represent the accommodation. Users must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
VelekaVibe acts as an intermediary platform and is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of listed properties. All property interactions are between hosts and guests. This limitation does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@velekavibe.com. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
9. Changes to Terms
VelekaVibe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
