How do I book a property?+
Browse our listings, select your dates and number of guests, then click Reserve. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout to complete payment. Once confirmed, you'll receive booking details on your dashboard.
What is the cancellation policy?+
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. You can cancel from your reservation detail page in the guest dashboard.
How do I list my property?+
Sign up as a host, then go to your Host Dashboard and click 'Add Property' in the Properties tab. Fill in the details, upload photos, set amenities and pricing, and publish when ready.
How do payments work?+
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We support all major credit and debit cards. Hosts receive payouts according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.
How do I manage my calendar?+
As a host, go to the Calendar tab on your dashboard. Click any available date to block it (for personal use, maintenance, etc). Click a blocked date to unblock it. Booked dates are shown automatically.
How can I message my host or guest?+
Go to Messages from your dashboard. Select the reservation you want to discuss. Messages are tied to specific reservations for easy tracking.
How do I update my profile?+
Click 'Profile' in your dashboard navigation to update your name, phone number, and other information.
