Quiet Hours: As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to be mindful of our neighbors. Thank you for respecting quiet hours after 10:00 PM.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only on the terrace. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Long-term Stays: The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable long-term stay. For extended visits, we can easily arrange additional cleaning and linen changes upon request.
